This, is a rare find and one-of-a-kind. The stone is slightly brighter than it photographs and is closest in color to the 4th photo. It has a very vibrant, bright pink outer rind that fades to pale pink, followed by a thick band of mossy green, and a very dark brown/black center. It is ENORMOUS at 30x28x3mm and 35.6 carats. This gem comes from the Himalaya Mine in California. It is a 100% natural, top grade, gloss polished slice with natural edges and is of a size that is rarely seen. This is the largest tourmaline I have had to date!
The piece is set entirely in 14K solid gold. This gorgeous tourmaline is flanked by dense clusters of pink and green tourmaline rondelles and sapphire teardrops (all AAA), and I have chosen a lovely 14K solid gold long and short chain and accented it with matching AAA tourmaline rondelles in vibrant pink and green as well as moss green tourmaline tube beads to bring out the colors in this slice. The overall length of the necklace is 21.25 inches and it is finished with a sturdy 14K solid gold lobster clasp. It can be shortened free of charge (it would look fabulous as a choker too!)
This necklace is very well made... by me, and will last a lifetime. It will come elegantly wrapped in a black matte kraft box and bow tied with brown jute string and a decorative tag. It is ready for gifting!
